Syringoma

Syringomas are usually multiple. Yellowish to skin-colored translucent papules, typically grouped in the upper malar skin with a histologic differentiation towards eccrine ducts. Other areas of involvement include the chest, neck and eyelids.

Treatment:

  • Destruction by cautery can be effective.
